What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic customers as the primary point of contact.
• Drive product adoption, growth, and retention through trusted relationships and business reviews.
• Evangelize new enterprise products to expand the usage of Payment Solutions.
• Onboard new enterprise customers and guide them toward achieving product value.
• Create training materials to support business-wide adoption and proficiency.
• Act as the voice of the customer by providing actionable insights for internal product discussions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of direct client management experience in a B2B technology company (Customer Success or Sales).
• Interest in Crypto/Web3 is a must.
• Proven track record of delivering value to complex customers with large employee bases.
• Ability to distill technical systems into simple concepts for customers.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical reasoning.
• Location: Must be based in Taipei for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Experience in centralized exchange business.
• Proficiency with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRM tools.
