What you will do

• Oversee ongoing IT projects and monitor their trajectory to ensure alignment with goals.
• Provide organizational support, including planning and coordination to maintain an optimal work pace.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
• Manage client communications and coordinate activities with the development team.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and potential issues before they impact delivery.
• Maintain full transparency through regular status reporting for both clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading multiple IT projects, particularly platform rebuilds and website projects.
• Solid technical understanding of how development teams operate.
• Proven ability to organize teamwork from the delivery side.
• Experience in direct client-facing roles.
• English: C1 level (spoken and written) required.
• Collaboration: Must be comfortable with a flexible, part-time B2B engagement.
