What you will do

• Drive sales of medical devices to general hospitals and specialized clinics within the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver clinical value propositions to healthcare professionals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to execute strategic sales plans.
• Recruit, manage, and monitor the performance of distributors to expand the network.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and report on sales strategies.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of sales management experience in neurosurgery and neuro-intervention medical devices.
• Proven experience in sales within university and general hospitals.
• Solid expertise in KOL and channel management.
• Experience working in multi-cultural environments and cross-functional teams.
• Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with strong teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills in English
