Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Leeds City Centre, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home

Salary: Starting from £27,500 per year, higher depending on experience, plus uncapped commission

What you will do

• Use digital tools, referrals, and events to source STEM talent.
• Interview and assess candidates for suitable roles.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and make placements.
• Manage the complete 360 recruitment cycle from start to finish.
• Develop expertise as a vertical market specialist.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a fast-paced, people-focused commercial environment.
• Experience in sales or a similar customer-centric commercial role.
• Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and competitive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a growth mindset.
