What you will do
- Identify and acquire potential international clients through active prospecting.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of leads and contact lists.
- Execute outreach activities including cold emailing, LinkedIn campaigns, and cold calling.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales and business development team.
- Manage day-to-day CRM operations, updating statuses, notes, and contact history.
- Analyze market trends to spot new niches in the IT and software outsourcing sectors.
Requirements
- Experience in IT staffing, software houses, outsourcing, or agency sales.
- Hands-on experience with the UK and US markets.
- Excellent command of English.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for performance-based earnings.
- Ability to organize work independently without micromanagement.
