What you will do

• Manage and analyze contract cost and schedule baselines for Strategic Weapon Control programs.
• Monitor Estimate at Complete (EAC) and analyze historical and predictive program performance.
• Collaborate with engineers, IPT leads, and CAMs to gather and organize data for program reviews.
• Identify program critical paths and driving paths to ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate risk, opportunity, and Management Reserve data with Finance analysts.
• Support proposal development activities, including preparation, fact-finding, and negotiations.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 3+ years.
• Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) and scheduling tools such as Deltek Cobra and MS Project.
• Domain knowledge in program/product life cycles and financial processes (IPMDAR reporting, NDIA Guidelines).
