Location: Hybrid – ~2 days onsite per week in Jurong, Singapore

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, timelines, and workforce needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, online platforms, and local networks.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Track and manage all recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Provide market insights and recommendations to support strategic hiring decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with the ability to manage full-cycle hiring independently.
• Proven track record recruiting for operations, manufacturing, or high-volume hiring environments.
• Ability to handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore

• Exposure to regional recruitment across Southeast Asia.
• Familiarity with recruitment practices specifically in Singapore and SEA.
• Proficiency in additional languages, such as Bahasa Indonesia.
