What you will do

• Define reference architectures for rack layouts, containment strategies, structured cabling, and distribution topologies.
• Translate workload demands for GPU and HPC clusters into electrical and mechanical capacity models.
• Optimize PUE and sustainability objectives while balancing N+1 and 2N resilience patterns.
• Act as the primary architectural link between MEP design, operations, and digital integration teams.
• Establish standards for white space fit-out and integrate them with network fabric and control systems.
• Manage the full lifecycle including design review, construction oversight, commissioning, and operational handover.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering.
• Significant experience in data centre design, facilities architecture, or mission-critical environments.
• Deep understanding of power distribution, cooling plant design, and redundancy modelling.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE, NFPA, and NEC standards.
• Experience with hyperscale, AI, ML, or HPC environments where thermal management is critical.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Texas, United States.
