What you will do

• Conduct structured reviews of licensed Flexcube modules to identify and activate unused features.
• Analyze and rationalise bespoke components, determining if they can be replaced by native functionality.
• Triage and drive resolution of items in the Flexcube Jira backlog.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle Support to accelerate ticket and change request resolution.
• Translate business requirements from Product Management into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Banking Operations and IT teams to support UAT and produce functional documentation.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Flexcube Universal Banking.
• Deep knowledge of core banking operations (SWIFT, payments, FX, money markets).
• Proficiency in SQL for data interrogation and configuration validation.
• Experience managing product backlogs via Jira.
• Proven ability to bridge communication between technical IT teams and business users.

Nice to have

• Experience with post-upgrade optimization work.
• Familiarity with Flexcube integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs).
