Salary: Up to £200,000 Base + Bonus (Total Comp up to £350,000)

• Design and deliver real, production-grade security solutions within complex systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code to resolve security vulnerabilities.
• Embed directly with product and platform teams to improve system-wide security.
• Take end-to-end ownership of security challenges from investigation through to deployment.
• Identify recurring security patterns and drive long-term engineering improvements.
• Contribute to architecture and system design with a security-first mindset.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with experience building production systems.
• Excellent coding ability in Python, Go, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience working on complex, distributed systems at scale.
• Deep understanding of application and infrastructure security.
• Proven track record of fixing vulnerabilities through code, not just identifying them.
• Ability to balance security with performance, scalability, and developer experience.
