What you will do

• Ensure the reliability, scalability, performance, and security of platform products.
• Design, build, and maintain cost-effective cloud environments.
• Identify and implement improvements to common tasks and self-service modules.
• Collaborate with central platform teams to support product on-boarding.
• Implement efficiencies to reduce toil and focus on project work.
• Act as a senior escalation point for production issues.

Requirements

• Experience working in global cross-functional teams to solve problems at scale.
• Advanced skills in AWS, Linux, Puppet, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitHub.
• Experience designing highly available and secure distributed systems.
• Understanding of observability tools like New Relic or Grafana.
• Proficiency in automation and Infrastructure as Code using Python or Go.
• Participation in an on-call rotation for platform support.
