IAM Engineer (Cybersecurity): Designing and maintaining identity and access management solutions for a SaaS iGaming platform with an accent on RBAC models, IdP integration, and automation. Focus on implementing secure authentication flows, automating user lifecycle management, and optimizing cloud IAM services.

What you will do

  • Design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across the organization.
  • Integrate and support IdP systems such as Okta, Keycloak, and SailPoint with internal and external services.
  • Develop and enforce access control models (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC) aligned with business processes.
  • Automate user lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and onboarding/offboarding.
  • Implement and maintain authentication and authorization flows using SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP, Kerberos, and SCIM.
  • Build and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python or Go to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in IdP solutions (Okta, Keycloak, SailPoint) and access management processes.
  • Deep knowledge of authentication protocols: SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, LDAP, Kerberos, and SCIM.
  • Proficiency in Python or Go for automation tasks.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud IAM services (AWS or GCP).
  • Russian: Native level required for communication within the team.

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating LLMs via APIs/MCP into existing systems.
  • Infrastructure as Code skills using Terraform or Ansible.
  • Experience with MDM solutions and the ELK stack.
  • Familiarity with incident investigation and participation in CTF challenges.
