IAM Security Engineer

What you will do

• Design, build, test, deploy, and scale IAM solutions for internal users and workloads.
• Develop SSO integrations using SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM.
• Build and manage Identity Governance and Administration, access certification, and Privileged Access Management platforms.
• Develop automated RBAC and ABAC roles and enforce identity and access policies.
• Use hirify.global products and Zero Trust controls to secure identities, applications, and data.
• Provide operational support for IAM systems, including an on-call rotation that may include after-hours calls.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of identity federation, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration, lifecycle management, SCIM, RBAC, ABAC, and access certifications.
• Hands-on experience building production-grade automation with Python, TypeScript, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Hands-on engineering experience using AI and LLMs to solve operational or technical challenges.
• Experience with Kubernetes or other containerized application platforms, Zero Trust, SaaS integrations, ITDR, infrastructure as code, and configuration management.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from Austin, Texas.
