Observability Platform Engineer (OpenTelemetry/AWS): Designing and operating cloud-native observability platforms to manage OpenTelemetry at scale with an accent on scalability and cloud-native integration. Location: Hybrid in London, UK (3 days a week in the office)

Salary: Up to £200,000 + annual bonus

What you will do

• Design and operate cloud-native observability platforms using OpenTelemetry and Kubernetes.
• Manage and run OpenTelemetry at scale across the organization.
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap for observability tooling.
• Integrate AWS services to ensure seamless functionality of the observability platform.

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of OpenTelemetry.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, or Grafana.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes.
• Solid coding experience in Python.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid schedule (3 days/week)
