Observability Platform Engineer (OpenTelemetry)

Location: London Area, United Kingdom; hybrid work with three days per week in the office

Salary: Up to £200,000 plus a strong annual bonus

What you will do

• Design and operate cloud-native observability platforms using OpenTelemetry and Kubernetes.
• Manage and run OpenTelemetry at scale.
• Contribute to the roadmap for observability tooling.
• Integrate AWS services with the observability platform.
• Support seamless observability across cloud-native systems.

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, or equivalent tools.
• Cloud experience, ideally with AWS.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes.
• Good coding experience with Python.
