What you will do

• Design, launch, and analyze controlled experiments and quasi-experiments to validate product hypotheses and influence ship/iterate/kill decisions.
• Translate complex product and customer data into narratives that reshape priorities and unlock ARR or risk-reduction.
• Define north-star and supporting metrics, building data models and dashboards to ensure a single source of truth for product health.
• Partner with R&D to specify, QA, and monitor event tracking, authoring tests and anomaly alerts for data reliability.
• Extract and deliver actionable insights for every product release within 72 hours of launch.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong expertise in experiment design and statistical methods for deriving meaningful causal inferences.
• Advanced SQL modeling skills and experience contributing to a codebase via GitHub.
• Ability to connect user behavior to business outcomes through compelling data storytelling for executives and ICs.
• High level of ownership and comfort navigating ambiguity in a high-velocity, intense environment.
• Applied AI fluency: Ability to use AI to accelerate workflows, solve problems, and increase output quality.
