What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing Data Science team, overseeing hiring, coaching, and career development.
• Set the data science strategy and roadmap across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and clinical outcomes.
• Build the operating model for the DS function, including prioritization, project planning, and communication cadences.
• Establish core product and business measurement frameworks, including north-star metrics, experimentation standards, and executive reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in Product, Engineering, Growth, and Clinical teams to prioritize high-impact work.
• Ensure analytical rigor in decision-making, applying methods like causal inference, segmentation, and forecasting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data science or product analytics in high-scale digital product environments.
• 4+ years of people-management experience, with preference for leading teams of 15+.
• Proven track record of building and scaling a Data Science function.
• Strong product and business judgment with experience influencing roadmap and growth strategy.
• Deep fluency in product analytics, experimentation, causal inference, and metric design.
• Strong technical fluency in SQL, statistical reasoning, and modern analytical tooling.
