What you will do

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for forecasting, optimization, and recommendation systems.
• Design and implement causal inference methods to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities, including LLMs and RAG pipelines, into data science workflows.
• Build and maintain production-grade data science solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data readiness and solution adoption.
• Contribute to modeling standards and AI architecture best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• Strong experience in machine learning, statistics, and applied data science.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
• Experience building and deploying production-ready data science or ML systems.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into analytical frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing analytics, attribution, or campaign measurement.
• Knowledge of GenAI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with data engineering tools such as Spark, Airflow, or dbt.
• Exposure to advanced time-series methods and probabilistic forecasting.
• Experience working in Agile or consulting environments.
