What you will do

• Manage the current risk management program and comprehensive Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework.
• Lead internal and external audits, specifically focusing on ISO 27001 and SOC 1/2 standards.
• Implement and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in coordination with management.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to identify process improvements in change and access management.
• Develop compliance reports, metrics, and evidence to capture key business trends and security highlights.
• Define and maintain policies to ensure effective privacy practices complying with CCPA/CPRA and GDPR.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in conducting risk-based assessments for information systems.
• 1+ years of experience running a comprehensive GRC program and 2+ years leading ISO 27001 or SOC 1/2 audits.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and CCPA/CPRA privacy laws.
• Thorough understanding of vulnerability management, penetration testing, and attack simulations.
• Must be located in San Francisco.
