What you will do
- Own the end-to-end Customer Trust roadmap, aligning security priorities with company growth and competitive needs.
- Lead responses to enterprise security questionnaires and RFPs, serving as the primary security point of contact for strategic sales cycles.
- Drive automation platform strategy to scale security reviews and questionnaire responses using AI tools.
- Conduct live security meetings and audits with highly regulated customers in finance, healthcare, and insurance.
- Build systematic intelligence loops to translate regulatory requirements into internal product and engineering roadmaps.
- Develop and curate trust artifacts, including whitepapers, security landing pages, and sales enablement materials.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in compliance, security operations, or customer trust roles.
- 3+ years of experience building or scaling customer-facing security programs in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise security relationships and leading audits with Fortune 500 CISOs.
- Deep understanding of international data protection and AI regimes (GDPR, UK GDPR, EU AI Act).
- Strong technical acumen in compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA).
- Ability to present complex security concepts to C-level executives and business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in AI/ML or high-growth SaaS companies.
- Field CISO or Customer Success Security experience.
- Familiarity with emerging AI standards like ISO 42001 or NIST AI RMF.
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP.
