What you will do

• Manage and update the WordPress site on WP Engine, including themes, plugins, and integrations.
• Implement front-end and back-end enhancements using PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Monitor site performance, Core Web Vitals, and uptime to ensure reliability.
• Support Google Tag Manager and GA4 implementations for tracking and A/B testing.
• Optimize media workflows and asset delivery using Cloudinary.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, UX, and external agencies to translate marketing requirements into technical updates.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in website development and operations with working knowledge of WordPress.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with PHP.
• Experience with managed hosting platforms like WP Engine and standard deployment workflows.
• Exposure to Google Tag Manager, GA4, and basic digital analytics tracking.
• Working knowledge of website performance, SEO basics, and accessibility standards.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Burlington, MA
