What you will do

  • Migrate legacy files to a new internal platform and implement interactive web products.
  • Build and refine interactive questionnaires and document templates for legal documents.
  • Analyze product performance to improve conversion and overall usability.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Research, Design, and QA departments to ensure products are user-friendly and legally sound.
  • Conduct peer reviews to maintain quality and consistency across web products.
  • Suggest and implement enhancements for internal CMS platforms.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Web Development, IT, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in learning and troubleshooting various CMS platforms.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Edmonton, Alberta (Hybrid).
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve output quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with coding, web design, or software development knowledge.
