Salary: $80,000–$100,000 CAD

What you will do

• Configure and manage Contentful environments, spaces, content types, and user permissions.
• Design and maintain reusable content models to support multi-country and multi-client use cases.
• Establish workflows for content creation, review, approval, and publishing processes.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to align CMS capabilities with the platform roadmap.
• Monitor CMS performance and drive continuous improvement of governance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CMS-related issues while maintaining documentation and training materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada.
• 3–5+ years of experience administering or configuring a CMS platform, with Contentful strongly preferred.
• Experience designing and managing complex content models, taxonomies, and workflows.
• Familiarity with headless CMS architecture and API-driven integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.

• Experience working in a SaaS or digital product environment.
• Experience supporting global or multi-language platforms.
• Background in the mobility industry.
