What you will do

• Conduct discovery meetings and assess audience needs to define the new site architecture and user journeys.
• Create UX/UI designs and develop a responsive website compatible with desktop and mobile devices.
• Implement a flexible and maintainable CMS to allow internal staff to efficiently manage content.
• Migrate existing blog content, reports, and archives from Squarespace while preserving SEO.
• Ensure full compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, including screen reader compatibility.
• Provide technical documentation and staff training to ensure long-term sustainability post-launch.

Requirements

• Proven experience in web design and development, particularly for mission-driven or nonprofit organizations.
• Expertise in implementing accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Experience with content migration strategies and SEO preservation.
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
• Ability to deliver the project within the timeline (July to October 2026).
