What you will do

• Lead the technical foundation and strategy for the rebranding and rebuilding of hirify.global.com.
• Architect and maintain an AI-native web experience, including LLM-ready structures and RAG-backed content.
• Optimize on-site conversion and run experiments to increase pipeline growth.
• Manage web data quality across GA4, GTM, and BI, building actionable dashboards for leadership.
• Ensure high standards for performance, mobile-first design, and Core Web Vitals.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in end-to-end web performance and development.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise website management.
• Fluent use of AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot).
• Deep expertise in WordPress and Webflow, alongside strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and technical SEO/AEO.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, fraud, or AI/ML product domains.
• Knowledge of Headless CMS or modern frameworks like React and Next.js.
• Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
• Proficiency with A/B testing tools like Optimizely or VWO.
