What you will do

• Perform part finishing operations including deburring, sanding, and surface preparation.
• Operate 3D printers, load materials, and perform post-processing on printed components.
• Kit hardware and stage materials to support production builds and development activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S initiatives.
• Assist production teams with rework, teardown, and general shop tasks.
• Label, track, and move parts in accordance with inventory and traceability requirements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
• Ability to stand, lift, and work in a physical production environment

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or automotive manufacturing
• Exposure to additive manufacturing or composites
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or 5S practices
