What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain secure workstation images for Windows and macOS supporting on-site, remote, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
• Engineer patching, version control, and deployment workflows to remediate configuration drift using endpoint management tools.
• Support Microsoft Intune registration, Windows Autopilot, hardware-backed credentials, and approved authentication methods.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and audit capabilities for device enrollment, user authentication, and endpoint behavior.
• Manage device enrollment workflows, asset tracking, recovery key processes, and onboarding/offboarding checklists.
• Produce technical runbooks, validation reports, remediation plans, and knowledge transfer materials.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in IT, endpoint engineering, or cybersecurity.
• 6+ years of experience performing engineering functions (non-help desk) in enterprise environments.
• Experience with workstation imaging, automation, patch/configuration management, and telemetry.
• Proven experience working under formal change control, audit, and security governance processes.
• Top Secret (TS) security clearance is mandatory.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Washington, DC.
