What you will do

• Design and maintain endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune for Windows and macOS.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and Entra ID identity management.
• Own software asset management processes using Flexera to optimize license spend and compliance.
• Develop automation workflows using PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript to streamline IT operations.
• Support AI-enabled productivity initiatives, including LLM-based tools and speech-to-text solutions.
• Collaborate with Security, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure governance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in end-user computing, endpoint engineering, or systems administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with software asset management platforms like Flexera.
• Ability to work onsite in Miami, FL.

Nice to have

• Advanced experience integrating Flexera with procurement and identity systems.
• Experience building AI-assisted development tools or internal copilots.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for managing technical workflows and documentation.
