What you will do

• Support the operation, maintenance, and integration of the Army's enterprise networks, including SIPRNET and NIPRNET.
• Ensure the protection, availability, and reliability of communications, computing systems, software, and data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance information capabilities from strategic data centers to tactical echelons.
• Monitor and secure Army Platform Information Technologies (PIT), Control Systems (CS), and Critical Infrastructure.
• Implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard the Army enterprise network against emerging threats.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues to maintain operational readiness.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance (minimum).
• Strong understanding of common operating systems, network fundamentals, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale networks, cybersecurity operations, or enterprise IT systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical personnel.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal or defense-sector IT environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
• Knowledge of secure computing practices and Department of War cybersecurity requirements.
• Familiarity with DoWIN operations and Department of War IT policies.
