• Scale an AI-native engineering organization by building and optimizing agentic platforms.
• Lead and mentor high-performing pods consisting of 10–15 engineers.
• Own the AI engineering and architecture foundation to ensure scalability and stability.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from initial use-case ideation through to production rollout.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Software or AI Engineering.
• Proven track record of productionizing Agentic Platforms and AI Agents.
• Experience managing cross-functional Pods, Squads, or Tribes.
• Recent hands-on experience in software development and AI configuration.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Must be able to work on-site in Dubai, UAE.
