What you will do

• Scale an AI-native engineering organisation and lead high-performing pods of 10–15 engineers.
• Own the AI engineering and architecture foundation.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from use-case ideation through production rollout.
• Apply AI agents to accelerate software delivery at scale.
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder engineering environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software or AI engineering.
• Production experience with agentic platforms and AI agents.
• Experience managing cross-functional pods, squads, or tribes.
• Recent hands-on experience in software development, AI engineering, and AI configuration.
• Successful experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Availability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
