Enterprise Field Engineer (Industrial AI)

What you will do

• Act as a technical liaison for enterprise clients, aligning solution designs, integration architectures, and technical roadmaps.
• Validate technology fit, develop use cases, and support deployment, operationalization, and enterprise-wide adoption.
• Create client-focused demonstrations, reference architectures, and solution accelerators.
• Lead client workshops, technical briefings, and complex technical engagements in partnership with Account Management and Sales.
• Translate client feedback into actionable product requirements and provide market insights to Product and Customer Enablement.
• Develop best practices, mentor Field Engineers, and strengthen technical enablement across sales and field engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA for this remote role.
• Experience building trusted technical relationships with enterprise clients.
• Ability to design solution architectures, integrations, technical roadmaps, and client use cases.
• Ability to explain technical solutions through demonstrations, workshops, and technical briefings.
• Ability to evaluate technical feasibility, scalability, and alignment with product strategy.
• Experience collaborating with sales, account management, product, customer enablement, and partner teams.
