What you will do

• Scale and lead the investment operations function, building systems and teams to support rapid asset growth.
• Own broker-dealer operational leadership, overseeing trading, custody, reconciliation, and account lifecycle management.
• Drive automation and operational efficiency by partnering with Engineering and Product teams to embed scalable workflows.
• Define operational strategy and KPIs to measure performance and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment, focusing on AML, trading controls, and audit readiness.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-impact team of investment operations professionals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investment operations, brokerage operations, or wealth management.
• Senior leadership experience within a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
• Deep familiarity with broker-dealer operations, including trading workflows and custodians.
• Proven track record of scaling operations through automation and systems design.
• Expertise in regulatory and operational risk management, including AML and supervision.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to New York City or McLean, VA for a full-time in-office schedule.
