VIP Account Manager | Vega Partners · Remote
We're a performance marketing ecosystem in iGaming, operating across 25%+ of global markets. Looking for a client-oriented VIP Account Manager to own high-value relationships and drive retention and revenue growth.
What you'll do:
→ Manage a personal portfolio of VIP clients with daily personalised communication
→ Analyse client behaviour and KPIs to spot retention and growth opportunities
→ Develop upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximise lifetime value
→ Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain accurate CRM records
What we're looking for:
→ 1+ year in Account Management, VIP/Retention or Customer Success
→ English B2+ — must-have
→ Analytical mindset, strong CRM skills, multi-channel communication experience
→ Bonus: Intercom or experience
