What you will do

• Drive revenue growth through targeted sales strategies and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with CXO-level clients.
• Master the product suite to deliver tailored pitches based on player behavior and market trends.
• Utilize CRM and BI tools to forecast opportunities and segment high-potential targets.
• Deliver performance updates and QBRs to support sales enablement and strategy.
• Champion customer experience improvements across all client touchpoints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales account management experience.
• Strong analytical thinking with experience crafting strategies from performance metrics.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and BI tools like Tableau.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in a Business or Commerce discipline are desirable.
• Experience selling to the Clubs and Hotels industry is a plus.
