What you will do

• Design and maintain the visual system, including iconography, digital stickers, color palettes, typography, and spacing.
• Create a cohesive customer-facing illustration and icon system that supports accessibility and scalability.
• Define visual patterns and guidelines to help product designers build consistent, high-quality interfaces.
• Partner with design system leads and frontend engineers to ensure accurate technical implementation.
• Audit and refine existing product surfaces to improve visual consistency and reduce fragmentation.
• Design visual tokens and specifications supporting theming, customization, and internationalization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in visual design, product design, or design systems roles.
• Deep expertise in creating cohesive icon sets that scale across products and contexts.
• Strong mastery of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy in digital products.
• Experience designing and maintaining visual systems used by multiple teams.
• Ability to think systemically about visual decisions and their long-term extension.
• Must be based in Canada or Argentina.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for accessibility (color contrast, legibility, motion).
• Familiarity with token-based design systems and theming frameworks.
• Experience working on large-scale SaaS or enterprise products.
• Background in brand systems or visual identity applied to digital products.
