What you will do
- Drive service development projects in power system operation from concept to production roll-out.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, specifically Transmission System Operators (TSOs).
- Design regional coordination services, defining necessary capabilities, resources, and processes.
- Monitor service quality via KPI reports and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed service offerings and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) aligned with financial goals.
- Coordinate service onboarding and ensure effective knowledge management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in power system engineering, ideally within a TSO or transmission system operation environment.
- Strong knowledge of EU regulatory requirements for Regional Coordination Centers (RCCs) and TSOs.
- Proven experience in managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with resource and budget management processes.
- Strategic thinking and proactive communication skills.
