What you will do

• Drive service development projects in power system operation from concept to production roll-out.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, specifically Transmission System Operators (TSOs).
• Design regional coordination services, defining necessary capabilities, resources, and processes.
• Monitor service quality via KPI reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed service offerings and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) aligned with financial goals.
• Coordinate service onboarding and ensure effective knowledge management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in power system engineering, ideally within a TSO or transmission system operation environment.
• Strong knowledge of EU regulatory requirements for Regional Coordination Centers (RCCs) and TSOs.
• Proven experience in managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with resource and budget management processes.
• Strategic thinking and proactive communication skills.
