Lending Services & Delivery Partner for EMEA (Fintech)

Location: Germany; remote work with extensive travel across the EMEA region

What you will do

• Engage with clients before contract signature to shape scope, align stakeholders, and establish delivery foundations.
• Own large-scale lending transformation programmes across Commercial Lending, Development Banking, Mortgage, and Asset Finance.
• Build trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders and act as the primary point of accountability.
• Translate strategic business objectives into client-specific solutions and delivery roadmaps.
• Lead high-performing delivery teams and collaborate with product, architecture, and sales functions.
• Manage delivery risks and ensure programmes are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale lending technology programmes in EMEA.
• Strong end-to-end programme management experience, from early scoping through go-live, with accountability for quality, scope, and budget.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Ability to engage and align C-level stakeholders through strategic advisory and hands-on delivery ownership.
• Understanding of lending architecture, system integration, cloud-based platform design, and core banking or lending platforms.
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills, with willingness to travel extensively across EMEA.
