What you will do

• Engage with clients early in the programme lifecycle to shape scope and align stakeholders.
• Take end-to-end ownership of large-scale lending transformation programmes.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior and C-level client stakeholders.
• Develop client-specific solutions that translate business needs into concrete delivery roadmaps.
• Lead high-performing delivery teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Navigate complex EMEA regulatory environments and manage delivery risks proactively.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale lending technology programmes in EMEA.
• Strong track record in end-to-end programme management with full accountability for budget and quality.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align C-level stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of lending architecture, system integration, and cloud-based platforms.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in English (C1+).
