What you will do

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies, deliverables, and expected outcomes.
• Design and implement end-to-end test strategies covering services, APIs, and user workflows.
• Validate complex backend workflows, including APIs, data flows, and asynchronous processing.
• Develop and maintain automation tests for functional, integration, and end-to-end workflows using Python.
• Execute tests, analyze results, and create detailed defect reports to support triage.
• Mentor junior test engineers and advocate for shared quality ownership across the team.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in software testing, including test plan development and automation.
• Strong automation expertise and experience designing high-coverage test plans.
• Experience testing web-based software (front-end and back-end) and debugging complex web applications using logs.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Selenium, and automation frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitLab/Bitbucket, Jira, and RESTful APIs.
• English: fluent written and oral communication required.
• Work authorization: must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
