What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure blockchain products and infrastructure related to custody and participation offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure, monitoring, system automation, and incident response.
• Establish and communicate strategic technical views to inform leadership and organizational strategy.
• Research emerging Web3 trends and identify new product opportunities that bring value to the business.
• Debug complex distributed blockchains and protocols to improve system participation.
• Implement monitoring and observability tools to ensure the health and stability of blockchain infrastructure.

Requirements

• Software engineering experience in modern languages such as .Net, Go, Rust, C/C++, or Java.
• Must be based in the US.
• Demonstrated experience with blockchain infrastructure (Proof-of-Stake, Web3, RPC).
• Strong knowledge of custody key management, HSMs, and MPC technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Perl, or Bash) and working with Linux systems.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies like Docker.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience operating validator or RPC infrastructure solutions.
• Skill in defining infrastructure as code using Terraform or similar orchestration tooling.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Ability to build backend services and parse on-chain activity.
