TL;DR

Salary: $100,000–$250,000 + equity (5–12%), negotiated case by case

What you will do

  • Own GTM strategy and refine the ICP based on what drives wins in the market.
  • Build and execute the sales motion for year one, finding and converting next customers.
  • Develop relationships with heads of product and engineering at B2B SaaS companies and close deals.
  • Build the sales playbook from the ground up and iterate quickly as learnings come in.
  • As results prove what works, build the team and the function around the proven approach.

Requirements

  • Experience selling software or tooling to B2B SaaS companies, ideally early stage.
  • Proven ability to build ARR from 0 to 1 and personally carry relationships through to close.
  • Comfort operating without infrastructure and moving fast in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with direct, honest communication.
  • Resilience and ownership mindset for long, big projects.
