What you will do

• Translate ISO policy changes into market settlement design and implement corresponding system changes.
• Design and update settlement configuration guides and Business Process Manuals (BPMs).
• Develop, validate, and execute test cases for charge code configuration changes and production defects.
• Provide subject matter expertise in policy discussions and collaborate on business requirements for settlement changes.
• Support market simulations by analyzing input data, executing calculations, and publishing statements.
• Research and resolve systemic settlement issues and data defects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, MIS, Business, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Must be located in or able to work in Folsom, CA (Hybrid).
• Proficiency in SQL database management.
• Experience with data analysis or transactional applications.
• Experience in the electric utility industry or similar market-based organizations.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree.
• Experience translating policy changes into business requirements and creating test cases.
• Knowledge of CAISO Market and Settlement systems.
