What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation to demonstrate how the AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customer needs.
• Own the technical evaluation process, including solution design, proof of value initiatives, and workshop design.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams to shape and execute account strategies.
• Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders to drive platform adoption.
• Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and competitive insights with Product Management and Engineering.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles.
• Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global or comparable source control and CI/CD platforms.
• Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts, deployment, and security operations.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations, tenders, and value stream assessments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
