What you will do

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies.
• Perform daily financial transactions including verifying, classifying, and posting accounts receivable data.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accurate payment accounting.
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
• Assist accounting and operations personnel in resolving financial discrepancies and billing issues.
• Participate in month-end journal entries and prepare year-end audit work papers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of work experience in accounting, accounts payable, or bookkeeping.
• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial computing software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in San Francisco.
