What you will do

• Design and build automation solutions using RPA platforms with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Monitor the Blue Prism control room, triage exceptions, and perform root cause analysis.
• Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, and file-based systems.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for processes and objects.
• Support the full automation lifecycle from development through production support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a business-facing IT, automation, or process improvement role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, test, and deploy technical solutions within a structured lifecycle.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, or Texas.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience with RPA platforms like Blue Prism.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, VBA, or Java.
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with data handling and analysis using SQL or Excel.
