Salary: $116,805 – $164,214

What you will do

• Design and develop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath REFramework.
• Build, deploy, and monitor automations in UiPath Orchestrator, including queue management and asset configuration.
• Implement Document Understanding workflows to process structured and unstructured data using AI models.
• Develop and configure UiPath Autopilot experiences to support AI-assisted decision-making.
• Integrate UiPath with third-party systems and APIs to enable end-to-end process automation.
• Collaborate with business analysts and testers to ensure automations deliver measurable value within Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen per contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of progressive development experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Robotic Process Automation developer, preferably with UiPath.
• Demonstrated experience with Python, object-oriented languages, and database query languages.
• Experience with configuration, testing, and deployment of automation solutions using Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in DoD Audit environment.
• UiPath Automation Developer Associate or Professional certification.
• Knowledge of UiPath tools Orchestrator and Maestro.
