What you will do

• Lead a pod of developers in creating and deploying Agentic solutions using UiPath.
• Provide technical design, oversight, and guidance during implementation and critical project milestones.
• Develop sustainable solutions to drive customer adoption and ecosystem expansion.
• Mentor technical engineers on RPA and Agentic features.
• Identify client needs and evangelize UiPath platform functionalities.
• Integrate UiPath solutions with common systems via APIs.

Requirements

• US citizenship and eligibility for Secret clearance are mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python).
• 4+ years of experience developing in UiPath, including 2+ years of hands-on development.
• Experience with attended/unattended automation, document understanding, and AI Trust Layer/LLM interfaces.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for customer-facing interactions.

• UiPath Professional Certifications (Solution Architect or Developer Professional).
