What you will do

• Manage and maintain the Windows endpoint estate.
• Deliver large-scale software rollouts and application deployments.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell to improve operational efficiency.
• Support endpoint monitoring, alerting, and system performance optimization.
• Coordinate patching, provisioning, and vulnerability remediation activities.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid work.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure or operational support.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server (2016–2025) and Active Directory.
• Proficiency with SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with software packaging, CI/CD practices, and Git.

Nice to have

• Experience with VMware vSphere and Horizon.
• Knowledge of Azure Automation and Log Analytics.
• Familiarity with Ansible and Desired State Configuration (DSC).
• Basic Linux administration skills.
