What you will do

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices for approximately 200 users.
• Log and manage support requests, ensuring troubleshooting and resolution within established SLAs.
• Conduct daily system health checks and address identified issues to maintain continuity of service.
• Manage the installation, setup, and maintenance of IT equipment and meeting room systems.
• Monitor IT peripherals inventory and support account management following security protocols.
• Participate in team projects and contribute to IT process improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Proficiency with Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Exchange 365 and Azure AD.
• Experience with PC/laptop hardware support and build processes.
• Solid understanding of ITIL principles and service desk processes.
