What you will do

• Design and update settlement configuration guides and business process manuals.
• Execute test cases for charge code configuration changes and production defects.
• Support market simulation by analyzing input data and calculating settlement statements.
• Collaborate with project management to translate policy changes into business requirements.
• Research and resolve settlement issues while identifying root causes of systemic data problems.
• Represent the business unit in inter-departmental meetings and communicate settlement results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, MIS, Business, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of related professional experience.
• Proficiency in SQL database querying and data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage tight deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience in the electric utility industry or similar market operations.
