What you will do

• Own the roadmap, prioritization, and execution for an assigned product area within the data security portfolio.
• Define requirements, write technical specifications, and partner closely with engineering to deliver high-quality products.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from initial concept through launch and iterative improvements.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through direct engagement, field feedback, and market research.
• Partner with GTM teams to support positioning, enablement, and successful product launches.
• Define success metrics and track product performance post-launch to make data-informed decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
• Strong technical acumen with experience working alongside engineering teams on complex products.
• Proven track record of writing specifications, defining requirements, and shipping products.
• Builder mentality with high ownership and a bias for action.
• Experience in cybersecurity, data security, compliance, or related domains (DLP, CASB, AI Data Governance).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML-powered products.
• Background in insider threat products or identity posture management.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
