What you will do

• Define procurement requirements for OFCI equipment and service packages in collaboration with Engineering and Operations.
• Lead vendor prequalification, competitive sourcing events, and RFP/RFQ development.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms to support project objectives.
• Manage purchase orders, change orders, and contract amendments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor production and logistics of long-lead equipment to proactively mitigate cost and schedule risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and maintain accurate commercial documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or Project Management.
• 2+ years of procurement experience supporting hyperscale, hardware, energy, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Experience purchasing long-lead equipment such as electrical gear, generators, or cooling systems.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex technical and schedule-critical contracts.
• Strong understanding of competitive sourcing, bid evaluation, and supplier performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with a customer-service orientation.

Nice to have

• Experience with procure-to-pay systems like Ramp, Workday, Coupa, or SAP Ariba.
• Professional certifications such as ASCM, CSCP, or PMP.
